Jeremy Brinkman is a ruthless winner-takes-all British intelligence operative determined upon the coup of a lifetime when he discovers a soon-to-be elected Russian leadeer is about to defect to America. To switch that defection to Britain, he seduces the wife of the Russian's CIA Control. The switch works, bringing the coup finger-tip close. He doesn't, though, anticipate the distraction of seduction turning into lgenine love.
